Initially spoke to Ollie on the phone about reserving a car and popping up in a couple of days and he was really professional and helpful. Was greeted by Graham on arrival who was really polite and also had plenty of insight into the history of the car, very clean inside and out for the test drive. Upon arriving back he offered us coffee and biscuits and a comfy place to sit with clean facilities while I made my decision. Graham was never pushy and just overall very friendly, plus he threw in some freebies! The car was ready for me to drive home the same day. Very happy, thanks so much! Just wanted to leave a review to say how extremely happy me and my partner were with the customer service we had from Platinum Select. Especially Dan Blake the Sales Executive as me and my partner are in our 20's and most dealerships don't bother with you whatsoever but Dan came over helped us with all are queries and answered all the questions about a white Mercedes we was looking at and even happily let me and my partner take it for a test drive with no pressure at all. We saw a car we liked and spoke to the garage. Graham offered to drive the car to us in our lunch break for us to test drive. No sales pressure just informative and helpful. Graham worked with me right the way through the process of purchasing the car I was interested in and right from the start his service was second to none. Even on my first visit, a damp bank holiday Monday not long before closing, he still went above and beyond moving the car inside for me to view in the dry. The top notch service continued from then onwards and I am delighted with the standard in which the car was prepared to, must be one of the nicest examples in the country and this is coming from an enthusiast (which Graham was fully appreciative of!). Overall the best car buying experience I have ever had, no pushy sales tactics or trying things on, just honest and friendly interactions with my best interests as a buyer in mind, I’d come back here for another car in a heartbeat!
