The Rexton is incredibly flexible with a huge capacity for luggage. Measured up to window level, Rexton offers 1,806 litres of rear boot space with both sets of seats down, 872 litres with the second-row seats up and 240 litres all seats up. The second row of seats split 60:40 (with ISOFIX) with a folding centre armrest and fold completely flat for large loads. The second-row seats folding 60:40, the third row can be folded individually 50:50 to give more flexibility. Access to the third-row rear seats is made easy by the double-folding second row seats.

The large interior is bristling with high tech features that operate with the slightest of touches. The Rexton features rear cabin talk/sleep which allows 2nd/3rd row passengers to communicate with the driver or mute unwanted media for the rear-mounted speakers. The K40 and K50 come with an electronic tailgate, which opens automatically when the user has a smart key and stands by the vehicle for 3 seconds. Rexton has a sophisticated dual climate control system that ensures that the cabin environment is comfortable regardless of the weather conditions outside.

The new Rexton is built on extremely strong foundations. Its body-on-frame construction is built using 1.5Gpa ultra-strength steel. In fact, 81.7% of the steel in the car's body uses high-strength, high-density, high-tensile steel. 

For maximum passenger protection on impact, the car is equipped with 9 air bags. The most in its class.
