Platinum Hyundai Trowbridge

We had a great experience buying my father's latest car from Platinum (formerly Pebley Beach) Swindon. Everything was great from the test drive through to collection. Thank you to Craig for all your help. One very happy customer 😊 I arrived at Platinum Trowbridge for a full service this morning to be greeted by Megan. Very polite and helpful. On collection of my Vehicle she informed me of updates done on the car and the full service had been carried out. Very happy with the overall service taken. We are so pleased with the excellent service we received from Christopher at Hyundai Chippenham. He couldn't have been more helpful and took us through the process step by step explaining everything in detail. This will be our fourth Hyundai car, three of which have been purchased at the Chippenham branch and the service has been first class. Went for my first service at Platinum Hyundai Garage yesterday. The customer service was outstanding. Two very smiley and helpful ladies on the desk. Great hospitality while I waited for my car. Highly appreciated the treatment I received and highly rate these lovely people and the company 10/10 (I'd score higher if I could). Just purchased and took delivery of our latest new car from Platinum (formerly Pebley Beach) and the sales experience was excellent again as is the continued after sales service , we have two Hyundai's and can't express how much we like our cars and the after sales and service support we get from the staff , we feel really valued as customers, well done to all the staff 👏👏 Having just purchased a new Hyundai Tucson through this dealer I commend them on their sales staff who are knowledgeable and professional without being pushy. Everything including paying options were fully explained leaving me to choose. I am delighted with the car and the whole sales process. Great staff very helpful, very easy booking for service and other work if needed. A very relaxed atmosphere and nice waiting area with drinks available. I recently had my car repaired at Hyundai Swindon, and the experience was outstanding! The team was accommodating from start to finish, and Lloyd, was fantastic. He kept me informed, was patient with my questions, and made sure everything was completed smoothly. Highly recommend for anyone needing quality repairs with excellent service Had a lovely easy transaction in buying a i20 from Hyundi Trowbridge. Yasmine Gattiker was so enthusiastic and yet honest that she made the purchase a positive experience for my husband who was stressed about it.
