Very friendly staff. Job well done. Very friendly and helpful staff who carried out the service on my Suzuki efficiently and"on time". Purchased our car through Gregg who was helpful in answering our questions which made our decision easier when choosing a dealer. Unfortunately three days after having the car and not too many miles later the ABS displayed a fault along with a number of other messages. I contacted Laura who booked our car in to the workshop and supplied a courtesy car. I was kept upto date on progress both on line and via telephone, any questions were answered, fault corrected and back on the road. Straightforward process without any drama, thanks team. Excellent service, in addition a very friendly and helpful bunch of people. Bought a new S Cross hybrid, it had a great discount, reasonable part exchange and the salesperson Justin Goodchild was extremely welcoming, flexible and communicative. I would highly recommend this showroom, especially as Suzuki's now have 10 year/100,000 warranty. Once again Platinum (Formerly Pebley Beach) Cirencester have excelled themselves at keeping me on the road safely and at very reasonable prices. They definitely go above and beyond what is normally required. Thank you. I recently had my car in for service and everything went very smoothly. Service staff were amazing.
