Platinum Renault Trowbridge

My GR Yaris needed a service & MoT. Great service from Platinum Toyota Bath. Online booking, online check-in, and car ready for collection on time. Platinum Toyota Bath were exceptional to deal with when I was selling my Corolla. Efficient and fair. Nothing was too much trouble. They went way beyond what was expected when we had an usual situation, and spent time trying to solve issues. Special mention to Joe and Michael the manager for all their efforts. Thank you Lovely service from Vauxhall today, especially Beth who greets you with such friendliness. Thank you x Colin was helpfull, friendly and knowledgeable. Took the time to understand our needs and showed us suitable cars. We were able to take our time and not pushed to any decision. Ten out of ten and thoroughly recommend him and the garage, Platinum Box. I was given a full explanation of what the process and timings would be and made fully aware of the costings. Everything went to plan and to time. I cannot recommend Platinum Select highly enough. Graham worked with me right the way through the process of purchasing the car I was interested in and right from the start his service was second to none. Even on my first visit, a damp bank holiday Monday not long before closing, he still went above and beyond moving the car inside for me to view in the dry. The top notch service continued from then onwards and I am delighted with the standard in which the car was prepared to, must be one of the nicest examples in the country and this is coming from an enthusiast (which Graham was fully appreciative of!). Overall the best car buying experience I have ever had, no pushy sales tactics or trying things on, just honest and friendly interactions with my best interests as a buyer in mind, I’d come back here for another car in a heartbeat! Friendly, relaxed atmosphere. No pressure to buy. Which means they sell more. Ian was super friendly and informative. He was extremely patient whilst I made a decision for my new car. Dan was brilliant throughout the purchase of my car. Handled everything very smoothly and explained the process very clearly. I told him cars weren't my thing and no matter what question I asked him he would always make sure I understood. Would have no problem recommending Dan to someone buying a car! Thanks Dan! Excellent service, in addition a very friendly and helpful bunch of people. The entire process from initial viewing of cars, lots of researching and trying things out to make sure we picked the right car that will meet all our needs has been fantastic. Chris Hayter kept us informed of progress along the journey ant the whole experience was a very pleasant one. My thanks to Chris and his colleagues for all their help, advice and patience. A 1st class service. Popped in for some service advice, tyre check on my Nissan. Staff friendly and helpful pressures checked and a tyre warning light reset/calibrated 2 mins job and free to get on my way. We chose this garage when we wanted to buy a Corolla not least due to the great reviews and it lived up to expectations. The service from Mike (and Mark) was really excellent, the car is great and we would absolutely use this dealer again in future. Excellent service car collected & brought back to door. Very friendly staff. Job well done. We recently purchased a Škoda Karoq from Platinum Škoda, Bath. Alex, the Senior Sales Executive, made it a brilliant experience from start to finish. Nothing has been too much trouble for him. He is very professional, approachable and patient, answering all our many queries. Many thanks to Alex.
