Graham worked with me right the way through the process of purchasing the car I was interested in and right from the start his service was second to none. Even on my first visit, a damp bank holiday Monday not long before closing, he still went above and beyond moving the car inside for me to view in the dry. The top notch service continued from then onwards and I am delighted with the standard in which the car was prepared to, must be one of the nicest examples in the country and this is coming from an enthusiast (which Graham was fully appreciative of!). The dealership is located conveniently for people living outside Bath. The staff is friendly and very helpful. When I asked to test drive a car, I was given time to familiarize myself with the car, always in company form the staff, and I was explained up front any existing problems with the car, including a full service history. Finally, I found after a few weeks of search that this dealership, listed directly from the Toyota website, offered the best deal on the car I was looking for. Highly recommended.
Really lovely helpful staff. Spoke to Chris and he was such a pleasure to deal with. Came to look at a BMW M140i just to get a feeling for the car and test drive it. Chris was quick to greet me outside as I was looking round and quickly offered to get me out in it. Took my details sorted the trade plate quickly and let me have a drive. Unfortunately car just wasn't for me but cannot fault Chris' service.

While he was off for holiday, Sam was also super helpful in getting things finalised.
